The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as Joint Exercises Assessments Analyst within the HQ USCENTCOM J5 Exercises Division, responsible for planning, executing, and assessing military exercises. Conduct strategic, operational, and tactical assessments across the full spectrum of conflict to support Command-level objectives. Provide insight concerning available assessment methodologies and technologies, alternative courses of action, and application of new or emerging technologies. Collaborate with a range of experts and decision makers from the command, the Department, inter-agency and industry to bolster command exercise assessment processes, key findings, and recommendations. Duties: 1. Plans, analyzes, organizes, and directs Exercise Assessment Planning and Execution. 2. Conducts Return on Investment (ROI)-Focused Military Exercise Assessments. 3. Provide Project Management and Team Leadership. 4. Represents USCENTCOM J57 at a variety of DoW and Joint Staff O5/O6 level meetings.
