Accountabilities:

As Sr Product Marketing Manager, you will own the product marketing strategy and execution, ensuring products are clearly positioned, effectively launched, and successfully adopted by customers. You will act as a bridge between product, engineering, sales, solutions teams, and marketing to translate complex technology into compelling customer value.

    • Partner with product management and engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle, bringing customer insights and market perspectives into feature development and roadmap discussions.
    • Define positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for new products and capabilities before launch.
    • Lead end-to-end product launches, including audience definition, messaging, release communications, in-product announcements, documentation, and supporting collateral.
    • Develop strategies to increase product adoption and engagement throughout the customer journey, including onboarding and lifecycle campaigns.
    • Own competitive intelligence initiatives by monitoring market trends, competitors, and alternative solutions, transforming insights into actionable positioning and sales strategies.
    • Create sales enablement materials including battle cards, one-pagers, demo narratives, objection handling guides, and training resources.
    • Maintain consistent product messaging across customer touchpoints, including websites, campaigns, and customer-facing materials.
    • Collaborate with leadership on pricing, packaging, and broader product strategy as the business scales.
    • Partner with marketing teams on broader initiatives such as customer stories, campaigns, content development, and market education.
    • Measure product marketing performance, analyze results, and continuously improve campaigns, launches, and adoption strategies.
    • Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on product marketing professional who understands how to position complex technology products, influence product decisions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

      • Experience in product marketing, ideally within construction technology, built-world software, SaaS, or another industry-focused technology environment.
      • Ability to understand customer workflows, industry challenges, and buyer needs, and translate them into compelling product narratives.
      • Experience working closely with product managers and engineers to influence product direction and launch strategies.
      • Proven track record managing successful product or feature launches and driving customer adoption.
      • Strong competitive analysis skills with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
      • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
      • Experience creating sales enablement materials and supporting go-to-market teams.
      • Comfortable owning execution independently, from strategy through campaign setup, measurement, and optimization.
      • Analytical mindset with experience defining goals, tracking performance, and iterating based on results.
      • Ability to position AI-powered products effectively with a focus on real customer value rather than marketing hype.
      • Nice-to-have qualifications:

        • Experience marketing software solutions to general contractors, project owners, or specialty subcontractors.
        • Familiarity with construction scheduling workflows, CPM scheduling, or tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
        • Experience with demand generation, account-based marketing, or growth marketing initiatives.
        • Benefits:

          • Competitive base salary range of $150,000 – $200,000, depending on experience and location.
          • Meaningful equity participation.
          • Full benefits package.
          • Remote-first work environment across the United States and Canada.
          • Opportunity to become the foundational product marketing leader in a high-growth technology company.
          • Direct collaboration with product, engineering, leadership, and go-to-market teams.
          • Ability to influence product strategy and shape how an emerging category is defined.
          • Opportunity to work on innovative AI-powered technology solving real-world industry challenges.
          • A culture that values diverse perspectives, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking.
