Role responsibilities
The Management Trainee will assist in fulfilling the mission to create an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while performing various sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. They will work directly with the Store Manager to develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills to prepare for a Store Manager role.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, or one to three months of related retail experience. The position requires the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and may involve physical demands such as lifting and maneuvering 50 lbs.
