Accountabilities:

    • Lead the development and execution of PR and communications strategies across EMEA, ensuring alignment with global priorities and campaign objectives.
    • Drive proactive media relations by building and maintaining strong relationships with top-tier journalists across news, entertainment, policy, and lifestyle outlets.
    • Identify, shape, and pitch compelling stories that amplify organisational impact, campaigns, and executive thought leadership opportunities.
    • Oversee PR execution for major campaigns, events, partnerships, and special initiatives across multiple international markets.
    • Manage external PR agencies across regions, ensuring consistent messaging, strong performance, and aligned delivery of PR outcomes.
    • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including marketing, policy, partnerships, and executive leadership.
    • Oversee logistical planning and execution of press activities including events, briefings, interviews, and media activations.
    • Requirements:

      • 5–8+ years of experience in public relations, communications, or media roles, ideally within global campaigns, entertainment, politics, or advocacy environments.
      • Strong network of media relationships across top-tier outlets in EMEA, including news, entertainment, business, and policy sectors.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
      • Proven experience delivering large-scale PR campaigns, press events, and media activations in international contexts.
      • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across cultures, time zones, and senior stakeholder groups.
      • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability and attention to detail.
