KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient production
- Complete SNAP / Provers pre/final commissioning across assigned geographic areas.
- Complete Bell Strapping and certification processes • Complete SNAP / Provers site Calibrations / Certification process
- Provide SNAP Customer support/field Problem Resolution (Hardware and software)
- Support SNAP training at customer sites • Provide phone product support
- Perform statistical Data analysis to drive resolution to problems / drive development
- Drive Continuous Product improvement using data from field learnings
- Drive resolution to SNAP field product technical issues using gas metrology fundamentals
- Manage assigned customer accounts using Project management tools
- Facilitates/Supports team lean initiatives and improvements.
- Follow established EHS policies and Risk assessment processes.
**This role requires 75% of travel within the USA, MEX, and CANADA**
YOU MUST HAVE
- 5+ years’ experience in Calibration, Metrology, Field Service or Quality engineering
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, Electronics or Electrical technology, engineering, or mathematics.
- Ability to work independently, and travel within the USA, MEX, and CANADA

- Knowledge of ANSI B109.1 / ISO 17025 / ISO 9001 Quality Standard
- Gas Metrology industry experience

- Knowledge of Six Sigma tools
- Track record of successful contributions to projects
