Summary:
Provides first- level system maintenance and support to customers regarding HRIS requests. Maintains the integrity of HR information systems (i.e. Workday) by managing data entry, processing employee records, generating reports, and providing troubleshooting support. Ensure system data accuracy, assist with compliance, and offer technical support to employees.Responsibilities:
Supports day-to-day issues and maintenance needs for HRIS systems.Initiates and monitors basic Workday business processes, ensuring movement through the appropriate approval chains without bottlenecks.Responds to and resolves "How-to" questions and technical tickets from employees and managers regarding Workday.Performs manual data entry and mass uploads for employee lifecycle events.Documents, diagnoses, resolves and closes HR cases according to HRIS guidelines. Promptly escalates issues to higher- level technical support when necessary.Design, develop, and generates reports for system optimization – partnership with Analyst to learn configuration and automation.Assists in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates by following pre-defined test scripts and reporting bugs.Provides first-line support for HRIS issues, including troubleshooting and maintaining system documentation.Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of training materials, job aids, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base content to drive enterprise-wide user adoption, operational consistency, and process excellence.Prepares, generates and distributes monthly and on-demand reports and the maintenance of assigned data tables.Competencies:

Complexity of Work: Requires excellent analytical skills with technical proficiencies in MS Office and experience with HRIS software(s), exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Must have a high attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and a team player. Advanced knowledge of the latest versions of MS Excel. Must have a strong understanding of HR processes and data. Strong interpersonal skills to assist employees with system-related queries. Required Work Experience: Two (2) years of experience in HR Administration or with HR information systems. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Associate's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred experience in HR functions, HR systems, exposure to Workday or similar Human Capital Management system.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, basic formulas) and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
