Accountabilities:

The role focuses on supporting technology initiatives, improving internal systems, and contributing to cloud and digital projects within a collaborative remote environment.

• Support and contribute to cloud infrastructure projects involving Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Assist in evaluating, implementing, and improving technology tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with technology teams on internal initiatives, operational improvements, and day-to-day technical needs.
• Document processes, solutions, and project updates clearly to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Communicate project progress, challenges, and technical information effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Contribute to structured technology adoption initiatives, including evaluating emerging tools and solutions.
• Manage assigned tasks independently while maintaining visibility and accountability across projects.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to infrastructure, systems, and digital workflows.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a proactive technology professional with strong cloud knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience supporting cloud platforms, infrastructure initiatives, or internal technology systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore emerging technologies, including AI tools and their practical applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.
