Accountabilities

    Design, develop, and enhance IBM Sterling Order Management solutions while ensuring scalability and alignment with enterprise architecture. You will build Java-based extensions, integrate microservices, and support seamless system interoperability across platforms.

    • Develop and customize IBM Sterling OMS (Go / MSG) applications and frameworks
    • Build Java / Java EE-based components and enterprise-level extensions
    • Design and implement microservices-based integrations using RESTful APIs
    • Manage OMS integrations with external enterprise systems and services
    • Contribute to configuration, customization, and build/deployment processes
    • Participate in CI/CD pipelines and release activities for OMS solutions
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance for OMS development initiatives
    • Requirements

      Strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS development combined with solid Java engineering expertise is essential. The role requires strong architectural understanding of microservices, API-driven systems, and enterprise integration landscapes. Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced development environments and collaborating with technical teams.

      • 7+ years of experience in software development with strong OMS exposure
      • Hands-on expertise in IBM Sterling OMS (Go / MSG)
      • Strong proficiency in Core Java and Java EE enterprise development
      • Solid experience working with microservices architecture
      • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and integration
      • Experience in OMS integrations and enterprise system connectivity
      • Understanding of build, deployment, and CI/CD processes
      • Strong analytical thinking, debugging, and problem-solving skills
      • Good communication skills and ability to work in collaborative teams
      • Exposure to Kafka or IBM Call Center is a plus
