Accountabilities:

    The Business Process Consultant will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to improve efficiency, governance, and alignment with organizational objectives. The role requires a consultative approach, combining process management expertise with strategic thinking and technical understanding.

    • Conduct process discovery, assessment, mapping, and documentation, including workflows and work instructions from a governance perspective.
    • Identify operational bottlenecks and design TO-BE processes focused on productivity improvements and automation opportunities.
    • Develop performance indicators, KPIs, and measurement frameworks based on industry benchmarks and best practices.
    • Create and maintain process models using BPMN methodology.
    • Define, standardize, and improve organizational policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
    • Support strategic discussions by providing insights, recommendations, and improvement proposals.
    • Collaborate with different business areas to implement continuous improvement initiatives and transformation projects.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced process professional with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to work across multiple organizational areas. The role requires expertise in process optimization methodologies, stakeholder management, and digital transformation initiatives.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
      • More than 4 years of experience in business process mapping, analysis, and optimization across different business areas.
      • Strong knowledge of process management methodologies, governance practices, and continuous improvement frameworks.
      • Six Sigma Green Belt certification (required).
      • Knowledge of Lean or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
      • Experience with BPMN process modeling.
      • Strong communication, professionalism, accountability, and collaboration skills.
      • Ability to manage priorities, adapt quickly, and work with a customer-focused mindset.
      • Advanced knowledge of business processes and process improvement techniques.
      • Intermediate knowledge of project management fundamentals.
      • Familiarity with IT management concepts such as ITIL, ITAM, ITSM, CMDB, CSM, FSM, App Engine, and Automation Engine.
      • Experience with digital transformation projects involving RPA, ERP systems, or consulting environments is a plus.
      • Desirable certifications include CBPP®, ITIL 4 Foundation, PMP, Agile, or Scrum.
      • Experience with Bizagi or similar process modeling tools is desirable.
      • Advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
