This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Platform Engineer (AKS/EKS) based in the United States.
This is a high-impact platform engineering role focused on building and scaling modern cloud-native infrastructure within a large enterprise environment. You will design and operate resilient, secure, and highly available systems built on Kubernetes across AWS and Azure ecosystems.
The role sits within a cloud infrastructure team responsible for modernizing and re-architecting large-scale systems into microservices-based architectures.
You will work extensively with Kubernetes (EKS and AKS), Terraform, and cloud-native tooling to ensure scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
A key part of the role involves improving system reliability through monitoring, logging, alerting, and performance optimization.
You will also contribute to architectural decisions and evaluate new technologies that enhance platform capabilities.
This is a hands-on engineering position ideal for someone who thrives in complex distributed systems environments and enjoys building at scale.
