Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices using Node.js.
- Build robust and high-availability backend solutions that support business-critical applications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define system architecture and implement development best practices.
- Integrate applications with relational and/or NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop new functionalities and continuously improve existing systems to meet evolving business needs.
- Monitor application performance and contribute to optimization initiatives focused on scalability and efficiency.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
- Advanced professional experience with Node.js and backend application development.
- Strong experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases and/or NoSQL technologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, efficient, and highly available systems.
- Experience with software architecture principles and backend performance optimization.
