Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate:  $17.87 - $18.87 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AMSat12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed.Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, boarding areas, parking locations, and perimeter zones; working environments and conditions may vary by location.Monitor access points, observe public activity, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or policy violations to help support site operations.Document incidents, patrol activity, and/or noteworthy conditions in required reports, logs, and communication systems according to post instructions.
