Position: Senior Leisure Sales Manager – Shared

Department:Commercial

Reports To: Regional Director of Sales Türkiye, in alignment with Director of Sales of the Hotels 

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Drive leisure sales performance across Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel & Conference Centre, Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus, and Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus through targeted business development and strategic account management.

  • Manage and expand relationships with TOP IT wholesaler accounts, delivering revenue, market share, and production goals for the leisure segment across the Istanbul hotels and focus to dynamic pricing.

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new senior leisure and FIT opportunities while deepening engagement with existing leisure and wholesale partners in line with the shared business plan.

  • Represent the hotels in sales calls, trade shows, road shows, partner events, and industry networking activities in domestic and international leisure markets.

Main Tasks

  • Develop and execute account plans for assigned TOP IT wholesaler partners, with clear revenue, production, and market share objectives.

  • Work in close partnership with Directors of Sales and Commercial Directors across the hotels to align account strategy, sales activity, and business priorities.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new leisure, FIT, and wholesale opportunities through proactive prospecting, market mapping, and relationship development.

  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate annual agreements, and manage contract renewals in line with hotels’ pricing strategy and business goals.

  • Conduct regular sales calls, partner meetings, site inspections, and client entertainment activity to strengthen account engagement and generate qualified business.

  • Monitor account performance, production trends, and market intelligence, translating insights into action plans that support the hotels’ budget and forecast.

  • Maintain accurate account, contact, and activity records in Delphi and other commercial systems, ensuring timely reporting and effective follow-up.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, Operations, and other hotel teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered.
