Accountabilities:

    The BDR Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for building, managing, and improving enablement initiatives that support business development and commercial teams. This role requires strong project ownership, collaboration with internal experts, and the ability to translate business needs into effective learning programs.

    • Develop and manage post-onboarding learning journeys for Business Development Representative and commercial sales teams, including end-to-end change management.
    • Design, implement, and continuously optimize enablement programs focused on technical knowledge, leadership development, and early-career success.
    • Partner with subject matter experts across product marketing, advisory, services, and sales leadership to create and maintain training content.
    • Identify skill gaps through data analysis, feedback, and performance insights, then recommend targeted development strategies.
    • Manage learning platforms, analytics tools, and reporting processes to track engagement and program effectiveness.
    • Facilitate enablement sessions, workshops, and training experiences for employees and leaders at different levels.
    • Measure program impact using KPIs, learner feedback, and performance results, continuously improving program outcomes.
    • Create competency frameworks and certification pathways to support employee development and achievement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement initiatives with business priorities and go-to-market goals.
    • Requirements:

      The ideal candidate is an experienced enablement professional with a strong background in building learning programs, managing complex initiatives, and supporting teams in high-growth technology environments. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for developing people and improving organizational performance.

      • 4–7+ years of experience in enablement, procurement, sales development, or related roles within a high-growth software environment.
      • Proven experience designing, launching, and scaling effective enablement programs.
      • Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and insights to guide learning strategies.
      • Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and project management skills.
      • Ability to create engaging learning experiences and support employee development initiatives.
      • Growth mindset, curiosity, and enthusiasm for helping teams reach their full potential.
      • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning analytics platforms, or enablement technology is a plus.
      • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies, sales productivity metrics, or product-led sales motions is a plus.
      • Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, selling, consulting, or similar customer-facing functions is beneficial.
