About the role

Remote in Europe, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or Casablanca.

Lead how enterprise API customers integrate, launch and scale with the fastest-growing travel API platform.

Nuitée is hiring a Technical Integration Lead to own the technical customer layer behind enterprise API integrations, from implementation to launch to optimisation.

You’ll work directly with major API customers, stay close to Product and Engineering, and shape how technical integration and support works as the customer base gets larger and more complex.

You get a broader seat than most API integration roles: hands-on technical problem-solving, enterprise customer ownership, product influence, commercial visibility, and room to build the function around you.

The kind of problems you’ll work on

  • How do we help large API customers move from signed deal to live, scaling integration faster?
  • How do we work out whether a customer issue is a product gap, integration problem, configuration issue, documentation gap, or misunderstanding?
  • How do we turn repeated customer pain points into clear, useful feedback for Product and Engineering?
  • How do we make technical onboarding and support more repeatable while keeping the speed and trust that make Nuitée work?

This role fits if you

  • Have strong experience with APIs, technical integrations, and modern software products
  • Can own technical relationships with enterprise customers across implementation, launch and optimisation
  • Have worked closely with customers on technical troubleshooting, onboarding, pre-sales, post-sales, or integration support
  • Can explain technical problems clearly to engineers, product people, account managers and customer stakeholders
  • Know when to troubleshoot, when to push back, when to escalate, and when to feed something into Product
  • Have the ownership and adaptability to build a function while doing the work yourself

This is a senior IC / Lead-level role: hands-on first, with the maturity to own a region and the potential to grow as the team scales.
