The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services Accounts Payable team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico:

RTX Accounts Payable is seeking a candidate to join the organization who will be responsible for fulfilling assigned tasks throughout the end-to-end accounts payable process in accordance with standard operating procedures.  The primary action is researching and responding to accounts payable customer service inquiries.  RTX AP is a fast paced, team-oriented, transaction processing organization reliant on individual and team performance and continuous improvement.

What You Will do

• Research and respond to accounts payable customer inquiries timely and accurately
• Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing invoices and payments
• Accurate communication in written and verbal form with internal & external customers
• This position will reference written work instructions for guidance with daily job activities. Work instructions are available in English only. 

Qualifications You Must Have

• High School diploma or AA/AS degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience with a variety of Accounts Payable concepts, practices and procedures 
• 1+ years of experience in data entry
• 1+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office  
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders in both languages and perform the essential functions of the role.

Qualification We Prefer

• Knowledge and experience with SAP, Oracle and/or JDE 
• Excellent oral & written communication skills 
• Strong interpersonal skills with vendors and employees
