Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking an Associate Industrial Security Analyst to work in our Roy, UT location. Candidate will be primarily responsible for maintaining compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the DoD Manuel 5205.07 SAP Manuel . This is a full-time position in support of the Sentinel program.Responsibilities:Supporting a fast-paced, high-profile, program; create, maintain, and leverage working relationships with internal and external customersDevelop and administer security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.Conduct security security auditsAssist with Media Issuance, Accountability, and DestructionServe as the focal point for receiving, processing, distributing, and controlling all classified documentation (hard copy and electronic media) entering or leaving the facilityAnalyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues while providing leadership and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers on action(s) to be taken to ensure compliance with the classified security programSubmit, review, and verify Visit Requests through queries to government security databases and systemsSupport classified security programs and provide expertise in all security functions in accordance with the DoD Special Access Program (SAP) Security Manuals (DoD Manual 5205.07 Volumes 1-4) and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), and other applicable security regulations and requirementsEnsure compliance with government and corporate security policies/proceduresMaintain access control, including UL-2050 Compliant Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) and automated Access Control Systems (ACS)Ensure adherence to contractual guidance for classified programs and cleared facilities in accordance with DD Form 254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specifications guidanceAssist program managers and professional staff in the interpretation, application, and compliance with program Security Classification Guides (SCG)Basic Qualifications:Must have a high school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of related experience; OR 1 plus years of experience with a bachelor's degreePerforming and familiar...
