Accountabilities:
- Define and test initial go-to-market strategies, including customer segments, use cases, positioning, messaging, and customer journeys.
- Engage directly with customers through discovery conversations, product demonstrations, onboarding, and adoption support.
- Identify opportunities to improve activation, time-to-value, engagement, and long-term customer success.
- Build scalable processes for qualification, demos, onboarding, customer education, support, and feedback collection.
- Partner with product and engineering teams by translating customer insights and usage patterns into actionable product recommendations.
- Design and run experiments across messaging, onboarding flows, education initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
- Use performance metrics such as conversion, activation, adoption, usage, and retention to guide decisions and improvements.
- Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into clear action plans.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and operate independently.
- Excellent customer communication skills, including the ability to build trust, ask insightful questions, and simplify complex concepts.
- Strong product intuition and the ability to identify user challenges, opportunities, and success factors.
- Comfort working with data to evaluate patterns, measure experiments, and support decision-making.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to synthesize customer feedback into clear recommendations.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Genuine interest in artificial intelligence and its potential to improve real-world business processes.
- Experience launching products, developing customer programs, supporting growth initiatives, or working in startup, software, consulting, operations, or customer success environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools or experience helping users adopt new technologies is an advantage.
- Competitive base salary of $85,000–$95,000.
