Amex Offers is a digital advertising platform that connects Merchants and brands with tens of millions of American Express Card Members across the globe. Through targeted marketing campaigns, the platform helps Merchants and Advertisers engage relevant Card Members while providing marketing teams and participating merchants with visibility into campaign performance and business impact. In addition to Amex Offers, Amex Ads is an emerging advertising platform that enables global advertisers to reach high-value audiences. Together, measurement across Amex Offers and Amex Ads form the foundation of Amex Offers Digital Marketing (AODM) measurement domain, providing comprehensive campaign performance insights and enabling data-driven marketing decisions.

The Amex Offers team is seeking a candidate to support Global Marketing Measurement (GMM) Product Enablement & Validation. Global Marketing Measurement (GMM) is a self-service reporting application that provides marketing teams with timely visibility into Amex Offers campaign performance during and after campaign execution.

Candidate will play a critical part in ensuring successful product enablement and validation across the GMM product portfolio. The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Managers, Technology, Marketing, and business stakeholders to validate new product capabilities, support feature launches, ensure product quality, and drive adoption of product enhancements. The role will be required to deliver consistent, high-quality user experience while ensuring the platform continues to meet evolving business needs and enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Enable end-to-end product development lifecycle stages for new GMM product features, enhancements, and releases.
  • Drive ideation and development of measurement methodologies, KPIs within AODM Organized data layers (ODL) leveraging source-of-record (SOR) systems to enable scalable reporting and product enhancements.
  • Partner on AI enabled measurement journeys to build, validate and drive adoption, improving speed to market of the insights. 
  • Perform functional and business validation of new product capabilities to ensure they meet business requirements and provide seamless user experience.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and Technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle to identify issues early and support timely resolution.
  • Develop, execute, and document validation scenarios and test cases for new product functionality.
  • Validate campaign measurement outputs and reporting experiences to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy from a business perspective.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders and consolidate validation feedback prior to production release.
  • Identify risks proactively and help resolve issues before production deployment.
  • Monitor production releases and support post-launch validation to ensure successful deployment along with creating product documentation including user guides, release notes, FAQs, and enablement materials to facilitate adoption

Experience & Qualification

  • Experience with product validation methodologies, UAT planning, defect management, and release readiness activities, enablement documentation
  • Exposure to campaign measurement, digital marketing, or customer reporting platforms. 
  • Understanding marketing measurement concepts and KPIs, including incrementality, engagement metrics, and channel performance metrics, offer adoption rate etc.
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI technologies, with experience applying AI-powered tools to drive process improvements, product enablement, or operational efficiencies.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or another analytical discipline.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Product Enablement, Business Validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), or related functions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python, with a strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms and data ecosystems.
