Role responsibilities

The Director/Sr. Director, Program Management will provide project and program leadership to cross-functional teams, driving the planning, execution, and delivery of Avalyn's pipeline assets. They will lead and provide oversight for multiple programs, ensuring alignment with company strategy and effective governance.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, including leadership in cross-functional development programs. Experience in respiratory diseases and drug-device combination products is preferred, along with strong project management skills.
