This role serves as a CHK POS/CB Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The Impact You’ll Make in this Role Align with CHK biz POS/CB strategy for distributor onboarding, deliver distributor training and handle daily inquiry from both distributor and biz team. Process, post and review POS data per defined expectations (including channel data collection, conditioning, data validation etc.). Escalate any non-compliant files or transactions. Data analysis, hold monthly quality reviews and provide core metrics. Distributor rebate and sales incentive support. Operation process optimization. Biz request management and project leading. Other daily work as required. The Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above Good data processing and analytical skills Strong communication motivation and skills Fluent in English (both verbal & written) Experienced in distributor data management Having experiences in healthcare business is preferred.
