This role owns the master production schedule (MPS), coordinates demand and supply across functions (sales, customer service, procurement, production, and logistics) and supervises two function roles (CRS and Production Planner) to meet customer service and operational objectives.负责领导短期和长期的生产计划与排程工作，以确保准时交付、保持最佳库存水平以及高效利用产能。该职位负责管理总生产计划（MPS），协调跨职能部门（销售、客户服务、采购、生产和物流）的需求与供应，并监督两个职能岗位（客户关系支持和生产计划员），以实现客户服务和运营目标。DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Master schedule ownership主生产计划（MPS）管理• Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) balancing demand, capacity, inventory, and lead times. 制定、维护并优化主生产计划（MPS），在需求、产能、库存与交期之间取得平衡。• Translate sales forecasts and firm orders into realistic production plans and release priorities. 将销售预测与已确认订单转化为可执行的生产计划与下达优先级。2. Demand & supply alignment需求与供应协调• Consolidate and validate demand signals (forecast, orders) with CRS/PJM/PM. 与 CRS 和PJM/PM团队汇总并验证需求信号• Perform outsourcing supply validation — capacity constraint checks, material availability, and supplier lead times. 进行外协制程的供应端验证：产能约束检查、物料可用性、供应商交期确认。• Run constrained and unconstrained scenarios based on forecasts and recommend the best trade-offs to stakeholders. 根据预测进行受限与不受限情景模拟，提出最佳权衡方案与建议。3. Production scheduling & execution生产排程与执行• Monitor the execution of daily and weekly production schedules监控每天和每周生产计划的执行情况• Collaborate with the production team to resolve bottlenecks and expedite critical orders与生产团队协作解决瓶颈并加急关键订单4. Inventory and materials management库存与物料管理• Target and monitor safety stock levels (including HUB inventory) to achieve service targets while minimizing excess inventory. 设定并监控安全库存水位（包括HUB仓的库存），在达成服务水平目标的同时减少呆滞与过量库存。• Coordinate material release and procurement actions with Procurement and planner to prevent shortages. 与采购、生产计划 协同推进物料下达与采购动作，避免缺料。5. Team leadership & cross-functional coordination团队管理与跨部门协作• Supervise, coach, and develop the CRS and Production Planner; set objectives, review performance, and conduct development planning. 管理、辅导并培养 CRS 与生产计划员；设定目标、绩效评估与发展计划。• Facilitate regular SOP of CRS & Planner, scheduling the weekly/monthly production & capacity meetings; communicate schedule changes and impacts broadly. 确认CRS与计划员的常规标准操作流程（SOP），安排每周/每月的生产与产能会议；；及时沟通排程变更及影响。• Act as escalation point for customer delivery risks and production issues. 作为客户交付风险与生产问题的升级与协调窗口。6. Continuous improvement & systems持续改善与系统管理• Drive improvements in planning processes (cycle time, forecast accuracy, schedule stability). 推动计划流程改善（计划周期、预测准确率、排程稳定性等）。• Own APS data quality (BOM, lead times, routings, inventory records) and work with BA/MES teams for system enhancements or automation. 负责APS系统基础数据质量（BOM、交期、工艺路线、库存记录等），并与 BA/MES团队协作进行系统优化或自动化。• Implement best practices in capacity planning, rough-cut capacity planning, and finite scheduling. 推行产能规划最佳实践：产能规划、粗能力规划（RCCP）与有限排程。WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field. 供应链、运营管理、工业工程、工商管理或相关专业本科毕业。• 5+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing or process environment; at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. 在制造或流程环境中拥有5年以上计划/排程工作经验；其中至少2年担任领导或监督职务。• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor) and APS or scheduling tools preferred. 具备ERP系统（如SAP、Infor）及APS或排程工具的使用经验者优先。• Strong analytical skills and...
