Preferred
- Experience selling standby generators or backup power systems
- Knowledge of diesel, natural gas, propane generators, and transfer switches
- Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or facility managers

Responsibilities
- Generate new sales and build customer relationships
- Assess customer power needs and recommend generator solutions
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales contracts
- Present products and explain features, warranties, and benefits
- Coordinate with installation and service teams
- Maintain CRM records and follow up with customers
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5+ years of sales experience (generator, electrical, HVAC, construction, or industrial equipment preferred)
- Basic knowledge of generators and electrical systems
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient with CRM and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
