Role responsibilities
As a Relationship Manager, you will provide leadership and management to branch staff, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence in customer service. You will also formulate and execute plans for developing new business and growing existing relationships.
Requirements
Candidates should have three to five years of retail banking experience with supervisory or management experience. A proven track record of high performance, including small business acquisition and cross-partner referrals, is also required.
