Senior Finance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist with sales data analysis
- Support management in data-driven business and sales strategy decisions
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Monitor actual vs. budget performance and analyze variances
- Prepare regular management reports and financial analysis
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
2. Accounts Payable (AP) Operations
- Process and review incoming invoices and payment requests
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice/payment issues
- Perform vendor balance reconciliation and payment confirmation
- Process payments and ad hoc AP payment process
- Support monthly netting payment processes
- Prepare AP-related reports and supporting documents
3. Employee Expense & Corporate Card Management
- Review and process employee expense claims (T&E)
- Manage company card expenses and supporting documents
- Audit, verify, and file T&E documentation in accordance with company policy
4. Treasury & Banking Support
- Support bank transfers and treasury-related transactions
- Support foreign currency valuation reporting
- Assist with month-end bank reconciliation and confirmation
- Support Bank of Korea reporting and documentation
5. Tax & Compliance Support
- Support AP VAT reconciliation and VAT claim preparation
- Assist with customs tax processes
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting procedures
6. Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with shared service company and internal departments on finance and AP-related matters
- Support ad-hoc finance and accounting projects
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or AP operations.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Business English communication skills
Preferred
- Experience in multinational companies
- Experience working with shared service centers or global finance teams
- Understanding of VAT and basic tax processes and audit experience
