Advanced Manufacturing Engineer II

The ISC Engineering mirror team is seeking a Process Engineer with experience with test equipment and data analysis.

•  Provide test and manufacturing support for sub components in the mirror area•  Perform yield and performance data analysis to monitor process capability, product health trends and drive yield improvements.•  Utilize CAMP, Lean, and Six-Sigma methodologies to govern engineering standard work practices.•  Investigate and resolve technical issues, facilitate issue identification and analysis.•  Develop improvements in product design and in the manufacturing and assembly processes for cost and cycle time reductions.•  Assist development of new products.•  Support knowledge transfer for test equipment and preventative maintenance plans to maintain factory capacity and efficient product flow.•  Facilitate a self-driven work force culture to achieve RTY, BIQ, COPQ, and other SQDIC goals.•  Test products & software MUST HAVE:   •  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Systems, or Software•  2+ years experience or Advanced degree in Engineering discipline WE VALUE:   
•  Product or process engineering experience.•  Experience with Optics and optical test systems.•  Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.•  Ability to balance priorities in daily tasks and strategic projects.•  Hands on work ethic. Initiative and ownership of responsibilities and actions.•  Ability to partner and collaborate well with team members across functions.•  Quickly and accurately identifying subtle interrelationships and patterns among a variety of problems and issues (process and data correlation of cause/effect across value stream).•  Conveying information with clarity and directness, ensuring the message is understood across diverse teams.•  Root Cause Corrective Action / Lean / Six Sigma  The annual base salary range for this position is $84,000 - $105,000.
