We are seeking a customer-oriented, flexible, and highly motivated Technical Consultant – Structural Heart to support our Structural Heart business unit in Greece. This full-time role is ideal for a professional with excellent communication skills, strong clinical and technical expertise, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
As a Technical Consultant, you will provide comprehensive clinical and technical support to healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, technicians, and operating room personnel. Working closely with the sales team, you will play a key role in expanding customer relationships, supporting product adoption, and contributing to business growth across your assigned territory.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Provides clinical and technical support before, during and after the procedures, setting the parameters of devices, checking the functionality etc.  and advises clinicians on treatment options, and promotes product education in collaboration with the sales force, to meet or exceed the targets and to enhance Medtronic’s reputation in the market
• Ensure procedural success, provide procedural troubleshooting and coordinate, facilitate staff in-services to include pre/peri/post procedure
• Assist with customer management of inventory ordering, shelf stock and returns
• Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints in a prompt and effective manner; report complaints in appropriate departments within Medtronic
• Participate in employee and customer training/education programs, conventions and plan/prioritize field support
• Build strong and lasting relationships with interventional cardiologists, surgeons and other hospital staff and generate commercial opportunities in close collaboration with sales

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, nursing, healthcare professionals or related sciences
• Fluency in English – Other European languages are a plus.
• 1+ years clinical experience; supporting interventional cardiology, vascular or surgical products 
• Ability to work well is a cross-functional environment and to work with physicians
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to be flexible and travel as required.
• Mastery of standard PC tools is essential
• Independent, self-reliant thinking and acting as well as a sense of responsibility
