Accountabilities:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and long-term direction aligned with business objectives.
- Act as the voice of the customer while balancing customer needs, technical feasibility, and product scalability.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, analytics, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Translate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead product discovery, validation, feature definition, and backlog prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Partner with AI/ML teams to define evaluation criteria, testing frameworks, and performance benchmarks for AI systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and walkthroughs for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple regions and time zones.
- Drive product launches, release readiness, and go-to-market coordination.
- Maintain comprehensive product documentation, training materials, and release information.
- Ensure products meet security, compliance, and client requirements.
- Use data-driven insights to improve product adoption, usability, and customer satisfaction.
- 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead product management role.
- Proven experience defining, building, and launching successful B2B or B2C products at scale.
- Strong ability to create clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Productboard, Linear, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, product analytics, and data-driven decision-making tools.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence diverse audiences.
- Experience coordinating go-to-market activities and successful product launches.
- Strong knowledge of telephony systems, IVR platforms, and voice infrastructure such as SIP, VoIP, Twilio, Genesys, Avaya, or Amazon Connect.
- Hands-on experience managing AI/ML products, including understanding model lifecycles, evaluation processes, and production AI challenges.
- Familiarity with Generative AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and AI evaluation methodologies.
- Experience with SaaS, conversational AI, contact center platforms, enterprise voice solutions, QA, testing, or DevOps environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of compliance-sensitive products and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2, or regional data regulations is a plus.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with product-led growth strategies is beneficial.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an advantage but not required.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
