Field Service Technician-Network
Role responsibilities
The Field Service Technician-Network will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain telecommunications products and equipment. This role involves direct customer interaction, providing extraordinary customer service, and identifying customer needs for communication solutions.
Requirements
Candidates must have at least 1 year of basic technical telecommunications experience or military service, along with 6 months of fiber optic and/or copper cable splicing and repair experience. A valid driver's license is required, and candidates must be available for on-call responsibilities.
