Accountabilities:

    In this role, you will lead and execute complex healthcare data conversion initiatives from discovery through implementation, ensuring accurate and reliable migration of critical data into Epic systems. You will define conversion scope, coordinate technical execution, and validate outputs to maintain data integrity across environments. Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading end-to-end (E2E) Epic data conversion projects, including discovery, scoping, mapping, extraction, loading, and validation activities.
    • Migrating historical data from legacy Epic systems into new Epic environments with accuracy and compliance.
    • Utilizing Epic Bridges and InterSystems Ensemble to design and execute data migration workflows.
    • Collaborating across technical and functional teams to resolve data mapping, transformation, and integration challenges.
    • Supporting project scoping and ensuring clear alignment on conversion requirements and deliverables.
    • Driving a proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying and resolving data issues throughout the lifecycle.
    • Requirements

      This position requires strong hands-on experience in Epic data migration and healthcare interoperability, along with the ability to operate independently in complex technical environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

      • Proven experience delivering end-to-end Epic-to-Epic (E2E) data conversions (required).
      • Epic Bridges Certification with extensive, recent hands-on experience using Bridges for data migration.
      • Strong working knowledge of InterSystems Ensemble.
      • Experience leading scoping and discovery phases for complex data conversion projects.
      • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, clinical, and project teams.
      • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data mapping skills.
      • Preferred experience using InterSystems Ensemble developer console.
      • Nice to have: InterSystems Caché development experience and exposure to clinical notes, imaging, or MQSA data conversions.
