Accountabilities:
- Leading end-to-end (E2E) Epic data conversion projects, including discovery, scoping, mapping, extraction, loading, and validation activities.
- Migrating historical data from legacy Epic systems into new Epic environments with accuracy and compliance.
- Utilizing Epic Bridges and InterSystems Ensemble to design and execute data migration workflows.
- Collaborating across technical and functional teams to resolve data mapping, transformation, and integration challenges.
- Supporting project scoping and ensuring clear alignment on conversion requirements and deliverables.
- Driving a proactive, solution-oriented approach to identifying and resolving data issues throughout the lifecycle.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Epic-to-Epic (E2E) data conversions (required).
- Epic Bridges Certification with extensive, recent hands-on experience using Bridges for data migration.
- Strong working knowledge of InterSystems Ensemble.
- Experience leading scoping and discovery phases for complex data conversion projects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical, clinical, and project teams.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and data mapping skills.
- Preferred experience using InterSystems Ensemble developer console.
- Nice to have: InterSystems Caché development experience and exposure to clinical notes, imaging, or MQSA data conversions.
