Accountabilities:

    • Lead end-to-end executive search processes, identifying, engaging, and closing senior-level talent for high-impact leadership roles.
    • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies including market mapping, executive networking, direct outreach, and specialized platforms to build strong talent pipelines.
    • Partner closely with senior stakeholders to calibrate candidate profiles, align expectations, and ensure successful hiring outcomes.
    • Manage candidate engagement throughout the process, from initial outreach and assessment through offer negotiation and closure.
    • Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership on search progress, candidate pipelines, and market conditions.
    • Conduct competitive intelligence and talent market research to inform hiring strategies, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
    • Support strategic advisory discussions with hiring leaders, offering data-driven recommendations and recruiting best practices.
    • Manage multiple concurrent executive searches while maintaining quality, speed, and candidate experience excellence.
    • Requirements:

      • 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience in corporate and/or executive search environments, with a strong focus on senior leadership hiring.
      • 5+ years of experience advising and influencing executive-level stakeholders in complex hiring processes.
      • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple high-priority executive searches in fast-paced environments.
      • Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing, market mapping, and executive-level candidate engagement.
      • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and influence senior leaders.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to guide decision-making.
      • Experience working across both agency retained search and in-house recruiting environments is highly preferred.
      • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Breezy or similar) is a plus.
      • Exposure to fintech, crypto, or blockchain hiring environments is a strong advantage.
