Remote Recruitment is hiring a Inside Sales Representative for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound and outbound leads across multiple channels
- Conduct needs assessment calls and product demonstrations with prospective clients
- Build strong relationships with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Negotiate and close deals against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activity in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on lead generation initiatives
Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales or telephone-based B2B sales experience
- Confident, articulate and persuasive communicator with excellent English skills
- Proven ability to consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Self-motivated and competitive with a strong work ethic in a remote environment
