Raytheon is currently seeking a Radar Maintainer Supervisor to support the SRP Radar operation in Taiwan. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers in a challenging assignment at a remote location.  The work involves regular rotations (multiple weeks) on a mountain top. This individual will perform other duties assigned in support of the mission and must possess an active secret clearance.

What you will do:

Daily interaction with the Site Manager about all aspects of the team deployed in support of SRP.
Coordinate the schedule for personnel deployed in Taiwan.
Responsible for conduct of annual performance evaluations, interim discussions, initiation and notification of annual merit increases and processing of any additional promotion documentation.
Work in a team environment to resolve equipment anomalies.
Execute preventative maintenance as defined in program technical manuals.
Annually work approximately 65 hours per week, less holiday and vacation time. 


Qualifications you must have:

Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written modes.
He/she should be familiar with large, phased array radar installation and testing and should have a good working knowledge of engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, schematics, procedures.
Ability to maintain and operate assigned equipment in accordance with technical documentation.  
Ability to generate changes to technical documentation and operations processes.
Complete operating checklists and report status of the operating equipment.    
A bachelor’s degree in engineering with 4 years of relevant experience OR an AS Degree with 8 years' relevant experience, OR at least 12 years of relevant experience.


Qualifications we prefer:

IAT Level II or greater (e.g. Security+ CE) cybersecurity certification. 
Working knowledge of operating systems, security features and settings (e.g. Windows, UNIX, and Linux).
Knowledge of procedures performed by a Network Systems Administrator and associated equipment during a DIGISIM, Anasim, and Mission operation.
Troubleshoot, maintain the radio frequency transmit & receive system to include receiver/exciters, amplifiers, waveguide switches, antenna elements, transmit/receive modules, cabling, RF splitters & combiners, and array group drivers.   
Knowledge of communications systems throughout the radar.  Knowledge of Ethernet and fiber optic transmission systems.     
Experience in System Administration with Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, Security Engineering.
Past experience with security authorization packages and related artifacts. 
Experience supporting various computer hardware platforms and multiple operating systems in both stand alone and LAN/WAN configurations.
Experience performing cybersecurity driven vulnerability management.
Demonstrated ability to act independently, prioritize tasks, and manage to schedule.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field and 8-12 years of related experience.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
