SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit a professional and motivated Waiter for a new hotel in Milos for the 2026 season.
Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service to guests by taking and serving food and beverage orders efficiently.
- Presenting menus and making recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Coordinating closely with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
- Handling payments and maintaining accurate billing records.
- Attending to guest needs promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive and approachable personality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered a plus.
