Product Education Specialist - Opus EDM

NoidaPermanentPosted Jul 17, 2026
The Product Performance & Education team is responsible for product education, knowledge management, Help Centre content, learning technology, and go-to-market enablement across Gresham’s EDM product suite, including Opus EDM and Prime EDM. The team works closely with Product, Professional Services, and Customer Success to ensure users and clients can adopt and get value from Gresham’s products.

Well-maintained training and documentation directly support user adoption of our products, reduce support burden, and ensure clients and internal teams can act on new functionality as soon as it ships.

This role is responsible for keeping Opus EDM training content and product documentation current and effective, starting with a focused project to bring our training materials up to date with this year’s Opus EDM releases. The training and documentation you produce in this role will directly shape how users at some of the world’s largest banks, investment managers, and corporates experience Opus EDM.

Over time, this role has scope to expand into training and documentation for other Gresham products, including Prime EDM, Control, Pulse, and Connect.

We are open for this role being based out of our Gurugram, Noida or Bangalore offices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and produce Opus EDM training content – instructional videos, practical exercise guides, and interactive activities embedded in our LMS – covering all key features released this year, within the first 3–6 months.
  • Plan and deliver an upgrade of the Opus EDM training databases, including new practical exercises that reflect current product functionality.
  • Partner with Opus EDM product owners and subject matter experts to validate the technical accuracy of all new training content before release.
  • Support each quarterly GA (General Availability) release by producing new documentation and updating existing Knowledge Base articles, working closely with the Product team.
  • Maintain and continuously improve existing Opus EDM training assets as the product evolves.
  • Act as the team’s go-to Opus EDM subject matter resource for training and documentation.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience with Opus EDM – you’ll be productive from day one, working straight on real training content rather than ramping up on the platform first.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and SQL Server, sufficient to build, query, and maintain training databases and exercises.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience producing structured, accurate technical or training documentation.
  • Comfortable using screen-recording/video tools and e-learning authoring tools, or a fast learner where new tools are required.
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience in a training, education, or learning & development role (e.g. instructional design, course development, corporate training).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g. Docebo) and building interactive e-learning content.
  • Experience with knowledge base / help center tools (e.g. Bloomfire, Confluence).
  • A recognised L&D qualification (e.g. CIPD) or equivalent.
  • Experience in financial services, fintech, or capital markets data environments.
