Job Description
The Cyber Project Management Team Lead leads the regional Project Management organization in Latinoamerica supporting Cyber Professional Services engagements across Latin America. You will ensure successful project execution, customer satisfaction, resource optimization, and development of project management capabilities while supporting business growth goals.
The Team Lead manages a team of Project Managers supporting cybersecurity consulting, infrastructure modernization, vulnerability management, managed services, and OT cybersecurity deployment projects throughout the region.
The Cyber Project Management Team Lead manages a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators while providing guidance, coaching, and operational governance across the Cyber business.
You will work with Cyber Delivery Leaders, Cyber Consulting Leaders, Architects, Sales, Proposal Management, Global Capability Centers, and Regional Leadership to ensure successful project outcomes and a customer experience.
The Team Lead establishes project-delivery standards, driving project financial performance, managing resource capacity, supporting large strategic programs, and developing project-management talent across LATAM.
Your Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Development
- You will lead, mentor, and develop the Cyber Project Management team.
- Establish development plans and career growth opportunities for Project Managers.
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, and capability-development programs.
- Promote adoption of global project-management best practices and methodologies.
Project Delivery Excellence
- Ensure successful execution of Cyber Professional Services projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Support project governance, risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes.
- Provide leadership during project kickoffs, executive reviews, and critical project escalations.
- Ensure compliance with LCS operational processes, QMS standards, and project-management methodologies.
- Promote consistency and scalability across LATAM project-delivery practices.
Business & Operational Management
- Improve project-management resource use and capacity planning.
- Monitor project portfolio health, financial performance, forecast accuracy, and delivery efficiency.
- Partner with Delivery Leaders to align staffing and execution priorities.
- Support backlog management and strategic resource allocation.
- Guide improvement programs to enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Support strategic customer engagements and executive communications.
- Be an escalation point for project-related customer concerns.
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Delivery Teams to ensure alignment on customer expectations.
- Promote customer satisfaction and long-term account growth.
Regional & Global Collaboration
- Collaborate with regional and global Project Management organizations to align processes and standards.
- Support implementation of global initiatives within LATAM.
- Share best practices, lessons learned, and operational improvements across regions.
- Use global resources and delivery capabilities to improve execution effectiveness.
The Essentials – You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- 2+ or more years of experience leading project-management teams or coordinating PM resources across a portfolio.
- Experience with project financial management, forecasting, and contract delivery governance.
- Experience working within OT, industrial automation, digital transformation, or cybersecurity environments.
- You will lead geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills.
The Preferred – You Might Also Have
- Experience + 5 years managing complex services projects or programs.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Agile , or equivalent certification.
- Experience managing cybersecurity programs and OT security projects.
- Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
- Knowledge of industrial cybersecurity practices and standards.
- Familiarity with managed services and recurring-revenue business models.
