In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination for planning cycles, executive reporting, and leadership engagement — translating business complexity into clarity for senior stakeholders. This is a high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, offering direct impact on how leadership teams operate and make decisions.Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end business management processes for the Client Organization and Citi Ventures, ensuring planning cycles and operational routines are delivered with consistency and quality.• Coordinate quarterly business reviews (QBRs), town halls, off-sites, and on-sites — managing logistics, content preparation, and stakeholder alignment from start to finish.• Produce executive-ready materials, including briefings, presentations, and planning documents, prepared to the standard required for senior leadership review.• Review and consolidate business inputs across reporting and planning deliverables, ensuring accuracy, coherence, and timely delivery to leadership.• Drive improvements across administrative, operational, and reporting processes by partnering with internal teams to identify and resolve inefficiencies.• Manage workforce planning accuracy, including headcount tracking, real estate inventory, and the onboarding and offboarding of resources.• Partner with technology and business leadership to support people and communications strategies across the department.• Maintain a strong control environment by identifying and escalating risk issues with transparency, ensuring all business decisions reflect sound judgment and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.Recommended Qualifications:• 10 or more years of experience in financial services, with a demonstrated track record of operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.• Experience managing business management or chief-of-staff functions within a global organization, including planning, reporting, and executive communications.• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear, concise outputs suitable for senior leadership audiences.• Skilled at coordinating across teams with varying priorities, managing competing deadlines without loss of quality or accuracy.• Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different levels of seniority.• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively under pressure in fast-paced, time-sensitive settings.
