Accountabilities:

    • Act as the functional lead for SAP CRM and SAP C4C modules, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solution quality.
    • Support SAP users in an AMS environment, handling maintenance, improvements, and complex operational challenges.
    • Lead implementation activities, enhancements, and continuous improvements across SAP CRM and SAP C4C solutions.
    • Define solution strategies, functional architecture, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing priorities, deadlines, deliveries, and expectations.
    • Ensure integration between SAP modules and related platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP CPI.
    • Analyze business requirements, design complete functional solutions, and document implemented processes.
    • Support decision-making by providing technical and business recommendations.
    • Monitor project indicators, risks, and progress while proactively resolving conflicts and complex scenarios.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall evolution of CRM and Customer Experience capabilities.
    • Requirements:

      • Solid experience working with SAP CRM and SAP C4C solutions.
      • Previous experience in AMS support environments.
      • Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Solman).
      • Ability to read and create functional specifications using ABAP knowledge.
      • Official SAP certification in the relevant module is mandatory.
      • Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or a related field is required.
      • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage problem-solving environments.
      • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
      • Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective time management.
      • Excellent negotiation skills and autonomy in decision-making.
      • Advanced English communication skills are considered a plus.
      • Advanced Spanish communication skills are considered a plus.
