Accountabilities:
- Act as the functional lead for SAP CRM and SAP C4C modules, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solution quality.
- Support SAP users in an AMS environment, handling maintenance, improvements, and complex operational challenges.
- Lead implementation activities, enhancements, and continuous improvements across SAP CRM and SAP C4C solutions.
- Define solution strategies, functional architecture, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing priorities, deadlines, deliveries, and expectations.
- Ensure integration between SAP modules and related platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP CPI.
- Analyze business requirements, design complete functional solutions, and document implemented processes.
- Support decision-making by providing technical and business recommendations.
- Monitor project indicators, risks, and progress while proactively resolving conflicts and complex scenarios.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall evolution of CRM and Customer Experience capabilities.
- Solid experience working with SAP CRM and SAP C4C solutions.
- Previous experience in AMS support environments.
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (Solman).
- Ability to read and create functional specifications using ABAP knowledge.
- Official SAP certification in the relevant module is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Technology or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and manage problem-solving environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and effective time management.
- Excellent negotiation skills and autonomy in decision-making.
- Advanced English communication skills are considered a plus.
- Advanced Spanish communication skills are considered a plus.
