Account Managers will leverage customer insights to help clients build their business using Meta to drive success. The ideal candidate will have some experience in account management or advertising. The role of the account manager will be to establish, own and manage an expanding portfolio of direct customers, focusing on driving revenue via account planning, product adoption, education and customer satisfaction. Success in this position requires consultative sales skills, a focus on customer service, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks based on impact and deadlines in a data-driven, collaborative environment. **Required Skills:** Account Manager, Nordics Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of clients, with a focus on driving revenue and year-on-year growth 2. Drive product and best-practice adoption across the portfolio 3. Build mutually beneficial relationships with advertisers to grow their spend and product adoption 4. Identify growth opportunities and trends across the portfolio 5. Effectively manage priorities and time in order to meet deadlines and administrative tasks **Minimum Qualifications:** Minimum Qualifications: 6. 1-4 years of previous experience in customer sales or success management, account management, or consulting 7. Customer management experience 8. Critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set 9. Experience how to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations 10. Capacity to articulate complex data stories, in simple language to customers via day-to-day communications and regular presentation 11. Aptitude team working skills, openess to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact 12. Capacity to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high pressure situations 13. Fluency in English and a Nordic language, as the role requires direct communication with clients in Nordic markets 14. Market knowledge and work experience in the Nordics Markets **Preferred Qualifications:** Preferred Qualifications: 15. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements) 16. Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews) 17.
