Key responsibilities

  • Process monthly and weekly payroll runs accurately and on schedule

  • Handle starter, leaver and change-of-detail updates
  • Answer payroll queries from staff clearly and promptly
  • Reconcile payroll reports and flag any discrepancies
  • Support month-end reporting and compliance checks

What you'll need

  • Experience with payroll processing or a similar finance/admin role
  • Familiarity with payroll software and spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
