Remote Recruitment is hiring a Payroll Administrator to join a growing UK employer, working fully remotely from South Africa. You'll own the accurate, on-time running of payroll for a busy team, keeping records tidy and answering pay queries with care. Key responsibilities
- Process monthly and weekly payroll runs accurately and on schedule
- Maintain employee pay records, tax details and leave balances
- Handle starter, leaver and change-of-detail updates
- Answer payroll queries from staff clearly and promptly
- Reconcile payroll reports and flag any discrepancies
- Support month-end reporting and compliance checks
What you'll need
- Experience with payroll processing or a similar finance/admin role
- Familiarity with payroll software and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers
- Clear written and spoken English
- A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
