The role centers on commercial and municipal contracting, public procurement, construction and project-delivery matters, and also supports claims and disputes, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will independently draft, negotiate, and manage complex agreements; partner directly with business, operations, project-development, and procurement leaders to structure practical solutions; and exercise sound, well-documented judgment, escalating issues when appropriate.
