Role responsibilities
The Business Development Representative is responsible for making outbound calls and fielding inbound leads to qualify and schedule practice consultations for prospective clients. This role involves converting marketing qualified leads to sales qualified leads and tracking sales activities in Salesforce.
Requirements
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent experience, with 0-1 year of inside sales experience preferred. Knowledge of the sales process, customer service, and experience in the dental industry or revenue cycle management is a plus.
