As the Total Rewards Lead, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering regional compensation and benefits strategies aligned with global priorities. You will lead high-impact programmes, oversee compensation systems, and leverage advanced analytics to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
This role combines strategy, analytics, and systems leadership, requiring a blend of HR expertise and data-driven decision-making to enhance organisational competitiveness and employee value proposition.
1. Strategic Program Leadership
- Partner with global Total Rewards teams to implement and localise key compensation initiatives
- Design and enhance regional reward programmes (e.g., salary review frameworks, promotion guidelines, benefits programmes)
- Conduct market benchmarking and recommend changes to maintain competitiveness
- Ensure alignment with business strategy and regional regulatory requirements
2. Analytics & Insights
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI)
- Deliver advanced analytics and predictive insights to support decision-making
- Translate complex datasets into clear, executive-level recommendations
- Continuously improve data processes for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
3. Compensation Systems & Process Excellence
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems (e.g., Oracle HCM or similar)
- Support and optimise compensation planning processes
- Drive continuous improvements based on post-cycle reviews
- Ensure data integrity and system effectiveness across compensation programmes
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address Total Rewards challenges
- Design and deliver communication strategies to improve employee understanding of rewards
- Lead training sessions and enable stakeholders to effectively utilise compensation tools
- Influence and align senior stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA / Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, or Analytics preferred
Experience
- 7–12 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics
- Strong experience in compensation planning, programme design, or global reward frameworks
Technical Skills
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Oracle HCM or similar)
- Strong expertise in Power BI / data visualisation tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience working with large datasets and analytics tools (AI/ML exposure is a plus)
