Role responsibilities

The Principal will drive strategic planning and operational excellence for the Aerospace & Defense business development organization. This includes leading initiatives to strengthen pipeline management and improve organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 10 years of experience in business development or related areas within the aerospace and defense industry. A deep understanding of the defense acquisition ecosystem and proven ability to influence executive leadership are also required.
