Accountabilities:
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable full-stack applications focused on improving customer and business outcomes.
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using modern technologies to optimize performance, cost, security, and reliability.
- Build AI-enabled applications leveraging large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and structured outputs.
- Develop secure APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems that support enterprise integrations and intelligent automation.
- Drive adoption of agentic AI patterns, including workflow orchestration, contextual reasoning, and autonomous execution capabilities.
- Establish engineering standards around code quality, automated testing, CI/CD practices, observability, and production readiness.
- Collaborate with product teams, architects, consultants, and customer stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and improve system resilience, monitoring, and long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to technical direction, documentation, and knowledge sharing across engineering teams.
- 8+ years of experience building and scaling commercial software applications in enterprise environments.
- Strong full-stack development expertise with React, TypeScript or JavaScript, and Node.js.
- Proficiency in backend development using languages such as Python or Java.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Hands-on experience with large language models, including retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and structured AI outputs.
- Experience developing or integrating agentic AI systems, multi-step workflows, and autonomous execution patterns.
- Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure design principles.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Ability to work effectively in customer-facing or consulting-oriented environments.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Semantic Kernel is preferred.
- Experience in customer experience platforms, enterprise integrations, real-time analytics, or large-scale data systems is an advantage.
