Role responsibilities
As a Manager, Field Enablement, you will enhance the effectiveness of the Activation & Partnerships organization by delivering scalable sales enablement capabilities and technology solutions. You will partner with various teams to improve advisor, donor, and partner engagement and support business growth.
Requirements
The role requires 3-5 years of experience in sales technology implementations and the ability to develop and deliver educational programs for sales organizations. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Salesforce and related platforms are essential.
