We are looking for an accomplished Chemistry Faculty with 10–25 years of teaching experience to mentor students preparing for India's most competitive entrance examinations, JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching, possesses exceptional subject expertise, and has a proven track record of producing top-performing students. This role requires the ability to simplify complex Chemistry concepts, inspire learners, and create a result-oriented academic environment.
As a senior faculty member, you will play a key role in curriculum planning, content development, mentoring students, and continuously improving teaching methodologies. You will work closely with academic leadership to maintain high educational standards and contribute to the overall academic success of the institution.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and concept-driven classroom sessions for JEE and NEET aspirants.
- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with clarity, accuracy, and strong conceptual focus.
- Design structured lesson plans aligned with the latest JEE and NEET examination patterns and syllabi.
- Prepare high-quality study materials, assignments, practice sheets, and revision modules.
- Develop and review mock tests, chapter tests, and full-length assessments to evaluate student performance.
- Analyze student progress using test data and provide personalized mentoring to improve academic outcomes.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions, revision classes, and crash courses before examinations.
- Stay updated with changes in exam patterns, question trends, and emerging teaching methodologies.
- Mentor junior faculty members by sharing best teaching practices and academic strategies.
- Collaborate with curriculum and academic teams to continuously enhance learning resources and classroom effectiveness.
- Foster a disciplined, motivating, and student-centric learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic excellence.
Must-Have Skills
- Extensive teaching experience for JEE (Main & Advanced) preparation.
- Strong expertise in NEET Chemistry coaching.
- Exceptional command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Proven ability to improve student performance and produce high-ranking results.
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is an advantage.
- Experience teaching in reputed coaching institutes or educational organizations.
- Familiarity with digital teaching platforms, smart classrooms, and online learning tools.
- Experience in curriculum design and faculty mentoring is preferred.
