About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant you are responsible for providing service excellence, supporting daily F&B operations, will actively seek continued skills growth and act as a positive example for other outlet/s team members to follow. The primary focus points of this role will be to build rapport with our guests and deliver upon their expectations, maintaining a service culture of understanding and anticipating needs, taking ownership of the situation and creating memorable experiences for our guests and team members alike.
This role will primarily focus on our Breakfast and Lunch service within the Restaurant, while also supporting operations across In-Room Dining, Events and Dinner. Operating on a rotating roster, you will thrive as part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Specifically, this role will involve:
• Demonstrating high standards of customer service
• Receiving orders and serving customer requests
• Understanding menu content, and any changes or promotional activations
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-prepared service area
• Preparing of mise-en-place
What are we looking for?
• Must have a current and valid ‘Responsible Service of Alcohol’ certificate
• Experience working in a restaurant, bar or function space is required
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bring positive energy, a friendly vibe, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work around a 7-day week roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Essential Requirements
Legal rights to work in Australia already established.
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
Commitment to Hilton grooming and uniform standards.
