Swapfiets is immediately looking for part time Store Associates! 🚲

Do you enjoy playing host or hostess? Do you want to put a big smile on our member's face by providing awesome service and performing small bike repairs in the shop? • You are passionate about bikes and good service
• You are fluent in English
• Saturday shifts are no problem for you
• Ideally you have experience in working alone & being able to make decisions

What will you be doing?

• Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members
• You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have
• You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized
• Drive upselling value by offering additional products desired by our members
• You will perform smaller bike repairs on site at the shop, so our members can happily keep bikin

• Your own Swapfiets🚲 (lease)
• A salary of £30.303 per year (based on Full-Time)
• Flexible or fixed working hours/days possible. On weekdays and weekends!
