This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, data-heavy environment, where ambiguity is the norm and thinking critically is non-negotiable. You’ll be at the center of managing payment workflows—tracking everything from shareholder documentation and compliance. The work blends heads-down processing with heads-up decision-making, and you’ll regularly navigate a space where “it depends” is a frequent starting point. Core responsibilities of this role include the processing of all mail related to security holder documentation, following up with holders regarding deficient items, data entry of personally identifiable information and the population and reconciliation of shareholder documents within a data room. In this role the analyst will rotate into the daily processing of payments to include creating payment files for submission to the bank partners and researching any returned or delayed payments. Strong project management, detail oriented, discretion and excellent communications skills will be essential in this role, as interaction with sophisticated investors and handling of PII will be on-going. This person should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to handle multiple transactions at one time and should have the ability to work both as a teammate within the operations group and with a high level of autonomy on individual projects. Location: This is a hybrid position based in our Denver, CO office. Compensation: The salary range for this position is between $60k and $70k, depending on experience level.
